Terms & Conditions

SocioBoard Private Limited

Welcome to SocioBoard! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of socioboard.ai (the "Site") and the social media management services offered by SocioBoard Private Limited ("SocioBoard," "we," "us" or "our"). By accessing the Site or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use SocioBoard.

What SocioBoard does

SocioBoard helps individuals, teams and agencies manage their social media presence in one place: connecting accounts, scheduling and publishing posts, tracking performance, and collaborating with teammates. Features vary by plan and may evolve as we improve the product.

Your account

  • You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission.
  • Give us accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
  • You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, tell us right away.
  • If you use SocioBoard on behalf of a company or client, you confirm you have the authority to accept these Terms for them.

Connecting social accounts

To work, SocioBoard needs your permission to connect to platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn and others. When you connect an account, you authorise us to act on your behalf only for the actions you request, like publishing a scheduled post or fetching analytics.

YouTube & Google services. When you connect YouTube, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. We store data obtained through YouTube for a maximum of 30 days. You can revoke SocioBoard's access at any time on the Google security settings page.

You are also responsible for following the rules of each platform you connect. We aren't affiliated with, or endorsed by, those platforms.

Fair use

Please play nicely. You agree not to:

  • Break any law, or infringe anyone else's rights, including copyright, trademark and privacy.
  • Post spam, malware, hate speech, harassment, misleading content or anything illegal.
  • Use SocioBoard to run fake engagement, bots or schemes that violate a platform's policies.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, overload or try to break into our systems or other users' accounts.
  • Resell or sublicense the service without our written permission.

If we reasonably believe you're doing any of these, we may suspend or restrict your account.

Your content

Everything you create, upload or schedule through SocioBoard (text, images, videos, captions) stays yours. You give us a limited licence to store, process and transmit that content solely to operate the service for you. You're responsible for your content and for having the rights to share it.

Plans & payments

SocioBoard offers free and paid plans. Plan features and prices may vary over time, and the current details are always shown on the Site. For paid plans:

  • Fees are billed in advance for the period you choose (for example monthly or yearly) and renew automatically unless you cancel.
  • You can cancel anytime. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
  • Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, fees already paid are non-refundable.
  • We'll give you reasonable notice before any price change affects your renewal.

Our intellectual property

The SocioBoard name, logo, design, software and site content belong to SocioBoard Private Limited or its licensors. Where any part of our software is released under an open-source licence, that licence governs your use of that part. Otherwise, these Terms give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the service, and nothing more.

Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. How we collect and use information is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Availability & disclaimers

We work hard to keep SocioBoard fast and reliable, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Social platforms can change their APIs or rules without warning, which may affect features. The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocioBoard and its team won't be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or reputation arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Ending your use

You can stop using SocioBoard and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service. After termination, sections that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers and liability limits) will continue to apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top. For significant changes, we'll make a reasonable effort to let you know. Continuing to use SocioBoard after changes take effect means you accept them.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [BANGLORE], India.
